Meet the Founder

Hello, I’m Cheryl Spinner, founder and owner of Honor Line Residential Solutions LLC.

With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals access important services, resources, and support. Through that work, I saw firsthand how strongly a safe and stable home can affect a person’s ability to move forward.

That understanding inspired me to create Honor Line Residential Solutions LLC—a supportive residential living organization built on compassion, dignity, consistency, and respect.

Honor Line Residential Solutions LLC is committed to providing safe, stable, and supportive housing for individuals navigating important life transitions. We serve veterans, transition-age young adults preparing for independent living, individuals transitioning from foster care, and eligible adults seeking a structured residential environment.

Through respectful guidance, community partnerships, and connections to supportive resources, we help residents strengthen independent-living skills, work toward personal goals, and build a foundation for long-term stability.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful residential environment where residents can feel secure, establish goals, access community resources, and take meaningful steps toward greater independence.

Housing placement is based on eligibility, individual circumstances, program requirements, compatibility, and availability.
