Our Referral Process

1. Referral or Inquiry
   Contact us regarding a prospective resident and their housing needs.

2. Initial Review
   We review basic eligibility, housing needs, availability, and whether Honor Line is an appropriate residential placement.

3. Resident Intake
   Eligible prospective residents complete the required intake documentation and review residential expectations.

4. Placement & Move-In
   Once approved and space is available, move-in arrangements are coordinated with the resident and referring organization when applicable.

5. Ongoing Residential Support
   We maintain communication with residents and, when authorized and appropriate, collaborate with referral partners to support housing stability and independent living goals.
